Delfi Limited Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2026 - Delfi Limited (“Delfi”) will conduct this year’s Annual General Meeting
   (“AGM” or the “Meeting”) in person at the voco Orchard Singapore on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (for more information
   go to our AGM page here).

   There will be no option for members to participate virtually.

   For members wishing to submit substantial and relevant questions prior to the AGM, they must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m.
   on 20 April 2026 through email to delfi.agm@delfilimited.com. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further details.
