Reporting to Delfi’s CEO, Richard in addition to leading the Finance function across the Group, will be tasked with assisting the CEO on strategic and key business development matters for the Group. He is a finance veteran with over 28 years of experience in the areas of financial management. Of his working experience, he has spent fifteen plus years with Delfi Limited.
Chay Kee has over 25 years of experience working in many business roles in engineering, executive compensation planning & advisory, corporate finance, strategic planning, and corporate development. Earlier in his career, he worked at Delfi as the financial controller for the Cocoa Ingredients Division and on executive planning matters.
Chay Kee reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. John Chuang, assisting him in leading our operations in sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and food safety. He is tasked with overseeing our Manufacturing Operations which include manufacturing, engineering, chocolate technology and projects, sustainability, quality & assurance, supply chain functions and new product development initiatives.
Amos is involved in handling with the CEO, strategic matters pertaining to the Group. His previous position was Chief Marketing Officer. Amos has over 18 years of experience in Sales and Marketing positions. He spent seven years with Norvatis Consumer Health in Parsippany NJ (USA) holding various marketing management positions where he most recently was responsible for Excedrin, the company’s largest brand.
Nancy is the President Director, in addition to her role as Finance Director, of PT Ceres. Nancy joined PT Ceres in 1991. Prior to joining our Group, Nancy had 10 years of experience in accounting and financial positions in PT Indocement, PT Henoch Jaya and the PT Kedaung Group.
